PostPilot is a single-operator tool. It has no users other than its operator, collects no information from anyone else, and sends no data to any third party.

Who this covers

PostPilot is used by one person to publish their own videos to their own social media accounts under the handle thelatehours217. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to other people, and there is no sign-up.

Information PostPilot accesses

When the operator authorizes PostPilot against their own accounts, it accesses:

• Basic account identity — the account's own identifier, display name and avatar, used to confirm the correct account is connected.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by the platform, used to upload video files on the operator's behalf.
• Video files created by the operator on their own computer, along with the titles, descriptions and hashtags they write for them.

PostPilot does not request or receive information about any other account, and does not read other users' content, followers, messages or analytics.

How information is stored

• Tokens are stored in a single local file on the operator's own computer. That file is excluded from version control and is never uploaded anywhere.
• Video files remain on the operator's computer and are transmitted only to the platform they are being published to.
• There is no server, no database, and no cloud storage. Nothing is transmitted to the author of this tool or to anyone else.

How information is used

Solely to upload the operator's own videos to the operator's own accounts. Information is not used for advertising, profiling, training any model, or analytics of any kind.

Sharing

Nothing is shared. Data is exchanged only between the operator's computer and the official APIs of the platforms they are publishing to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook), and only for the purpose of publishing their own content.

Retention and revocation

Tokens are kept only while PostPilot is in use and can be deleted at any time by removing the local token file. The operator can revoke PostPilot's access at any time from the security or connected-apps settings of the relevant platform, which immediately ends all access.

Children

PostPilot is not directed at children and has no users other than its operator.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
