Terms of Service

1. What PostPilot is

PostPilot is a private tool built and operated by one person to publish their own short-form videos to their own social media accounts. It is not a commercial product or service, is not offered to the public, and has no users other than its operator.

2. Scope

Because PostPilot is not distributed, these terms govern only the operator's own use of the tool. No account can be created, and no third party can access it.

3. Acceptable use

The operator uses PostPilot only to:

• publish original content they created, to accounts they own;
• interact with each platform through its official public API, under that platform's own developer terms and policies.

PostPilot is not used to:

• access, collect or publish content belonging to anyone else;
• automate engagement such as likes, follows, comments or views;
• circumvent any platform's rate limits, review processes or technical restrictions;
• misrepresent the origin or authorship of content.

4. Platform terms take precedence

Use of PostPilot is subject to the terms of each platform it connects to, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Meta Platform Terms. Where anything here conflicts with those terms, those terms govern.

5. Content responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring it is original and complies with each platform's community guidelines.

6. No warranty

PostPilot is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may fail, upload incorrectly, or stop working if a platform changes its API.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this tool, including failed uploads, lost content, or action taken against an account by a platform.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
